Intellectual property and business boutique (no patents) seeks an attorney to help with various transactional and litigation matters involving trademarks, copyrights, defamation, social media, and general corporate law.
This is a part time position, paid hourly. Attorney can work from home or at our office. Initial tasks will involve conducting trademark searches and drafting office action responses.
Candidate must have a strong understanding of intellectual property law, be web savvy, and possess excellent research and writing skills. Prior litigation, USPTO, and computer/software experience a plus.
Recent grads and law students may apply for an unpaid internship.
