Part-time attorney for Ft. Lauderdale police

Seeking licensed attorney to represent public safety officers in employment hearings on a part-time basis. Two or more years experience in administrative hearings, or criminal or civil trials. Must have a presentable office, a relatively flexible schedule, and an ability to travel up to 120 miles from Ft. Lauderdale. Anticipate 15-20 hours of time a week on average, though the amount may fluctuate significantly on a week to week basis. Compensation would include office expenses, and local travel. Extended travel and significant out of pocket expenses may be reimbursed. Must be able to represent police officers, corrections officers, and other law enforcement employees. Requirements Must be licensed, and in good standing, to practice law in Florida. Two years or more experience in administrative hearings, or criminal or civil trials, office space suitable for client meetings and ability to travel within 120 miles of Fort. Lauderdale.

Location: Fort Lauderdale Area
Compensation: Compensation of $30,000 per annum on an independent contractor basis.
