California based law firm seeks Washington “of counsel” attorney to assist in the review of mortgage modification files.
Location: work from home at attorney’s own schedule
No experience necessary, but working knowledge of mortgage modifications is a plus.
Compensation: $100 per file reviewed.
Responsibilities: ONLY has to review and sign off on suitable files. NOT responsible for communicating with lenders.
