Attorneys needed for on-going project. Current office is downtown, but will probably relocate to a North/ Central location in early 2011. Primarily looking for attorneys with less than 3 years of experience and we prefer transactional (especially contracts and SEC work) or IP experience. M-F, 40 hours a week (some flexibility is allowed with the schedule).
