Real Estate Attorney needed for Foreclosure firm. Minimum 1 year experience in default industry (foreclosure/bankruptcy) is preferred. YOU MUST be a member of the Florida Bar at present. Candidate will be responsible to review cases, motions, orders and other pleadings; attend hearings in person or by phone and be able to learn fast and work independently. Candidate should be in Southern Palm Beach and Northern Broward County. Position is available at the end of November but could be sooner or later depending on renovations on additional and/or spacing available within original space.
Salary is $45K
Firm provides full health insurance (after 3 mos.), 401K
