Attorney position available. 1 to 3 years experience. Candidate must have the ability to manage cases throughout all stages in litigation and in preparation for trial including NEGOTIATION AND PRE-TRIAL RESOLUTION OF CASES. Duties include handling discovery, law and motion, defending depositions, performing legal research and case investigation, and performing all other case management duties. Must be detail oriented to handle high volume subrogation case load and proven track record for negotiations. Will have many court appearances, status conferences, mediations, etc.
