We are a small boutique law firm in Beverly Hills specializing in divorce and family law matters. This is an ideal position for a new attorney starting out who wants to specialize in family law in a busy and challenging environment. The position is initially part time and we are flexible on the hours and days of work. The candidate should be able to start work immediately. The successful candidate must also be prepared to work full time, if the opportunity arises. Your duties will include preparing declarations, pleadings, discovery, trial preparation and you must also be willing perform administrative tasks.
Terms
The pay is $10/hour and that is why we are posting this position as desirable for a newly qualified attorney. However, we will consider more experienced attorneys.
Requirements
• Must be admitted to the Bar in California
• Must have at least some family law experience (e.g at a law firm, clerking, College domestic violence etc) prefereably at least a year.
• Must be a proficient typist - 65 wpm
• Must have a lap top computer
• Must live within reasonable driving distance of Beverly Hills
