Solo practitoner seeking associate attorney to help try a wide variety of cases. Successful candidate must possess great research and writing skills, and must posess sencere desire to be in the courtroom. You will be required to attend hearings on your own from the get go, so if you are uncertain about your presence in the courtroom you need not apply.
Someone with familiarity with Travis County Courts preferrable, but not absolutely necessary.
Must be self-motivated, willing to meet with clients, willing to handle a wide variety of matters including but not limited to: criminal, family law, commercial, personal injury, breach of contract, and wills.
Must also be willing and able to travel on overnight trips. I currently have cases in Stephenville, Texas, Corpus Christi, Texas, Dallas, Austin and other locations. So willingess to travel is a must.

starting salary: $33,800 plus performance bonus. no benefits at this time.
