$30/hour. Work as an independent contractor to defend a party in an inheritance dispute.
Part Time to work on an as needed basis, but must be flexible to attend random preset dates of depositions and court appearances.
Must have experience, in order of importance: Depositions, Litigation, Probate Court, Defense of Wills, & Estates.
Experience is also necessary in filing suits, subpoenas, liens, and trial work.
Additional experience would be helpful in Trustor vs. Trustee Litigation, Corporate Shareholder Litigation, and corporate accounting balance sheets.
Residing or working in the Loop, River North, Gold Coast, Streeterville or Magnificent Mile areas would be preferred. All the work is in the loop, and travel time or expenses are not paid.
Must be licensed to practice Law in Illinois.
