Small Firm located in Hudson County, New Jersey is seeking an associate attorney to appear in court and on depositions and support attorneys with busy civil, matrimonial, criminal/municipal and general practice. Candidate must have excellent writing, communication and research skills. Responsibilities will include drafting pleadings, motions, applications and discovery responses; appearances in civil court on motions and arbitrations; appearances in family court; appearances in municipal court. Candidate fluent in Spanish and English, including reading, writing and speaking a plus. Candidate should have 3 - 4 years experience.
