In-house counsel attorney job in L.A.

We are seeking a general counsel to work in-house.
This person will handle all of the company's legal matters, correspondence, notices, etc.
Also:
- manage the company's compliance with judgments, stipulations, and orders
- be responsible for drafting all correspondence regarding current & future cases
- represent the CEO and attend all meetings

MUST have prior experience employed as an in-house attorney, with knowledge of corporation laws.
Experience with IRS is not required, but a plus.
