I am a US citizen marrying my girlfriend who is a foreign student. We are in love but we do not have a lot of money. This should not be a complicated case but we just want to make sure everything is done right. We need a friendly, honest and understanding attorney who cares about his. /her client. Since the USCIS fees (for all forms etc) is already about $1200 or so, we can only pay you $400 for this.
