Contract Attorney for Family Law and Appearances
Looking for a contract attorney that has experience in Family Law to take lead in this quickly growing department of my firm. We have been getting a good amount of clients that have been seeking assistance and we have cases that need immediate attention. The attorney must be local or close proximity to the downtown Los Angeles area.
Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be an active member of the California State Bar. Will be responsible for document review and production, legal research, discovery facilitation and appearances at hearings.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be articulate, polished, and confident, with strong attention to detail. Must have knowledge in the following areas: dissolution, paternity, domestic violence, child custody, adoptions; guardianships; conservatorships, stepparent adoptions, support, modifications, and all related matters.
