IP litigation firm seeks experienced litigation attorney (3-5 years experience a must so please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement). The right candidate must be assertive and passionate about practicing law, a team player, multi-tasker, organized and efficient. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 
Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery. 
Correspond with opposing counsel and clients. 
Prepare and take or defend depositions. 
Represent clients at court appearances. 
Attend mediation conferences. 
Trial preparation. 

Requirements: 
Licensed and in Good standing with the California State Bar Association. 
3-5 years of litigation experience a MUST. 
Excellent research and communication skills (written and oral) are required.
