Growing healthcare company seeks Entry Level Attorney.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: This attorney will assist our Legal department on regulatory and compliance related matters, including reimbursement, licensure and certification, Stark, the Anti-Kickback Statute and other fraud and abuse laws and regulations as such matters arise in the context of outpatient wound care. The attorney will also assist corporate management on risk assessment, HR and day-to-day operational issues; and monitoring corporate governance functions.
The attorney's primary focus will be assisting our legal department with Medicare, Medicaid, and other government reimbursement and regulatory matters related to outpatient wound care.
Requirements ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with other company team to support revenue operations teams, licensure and certification, and operations.
Assist with health care issues, including physician contracting, business transactions, managed care, compliance issues, revenue operations, operations in spotting and resolving reimbursement, regulatory steps, and compliance matters.
Assist outside legal counsel as needed
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Outstanding organizational and project management skills
Display initiative, creativity, problem solving, and sound decision-making in fast paced work environment
Juris Doctorate Degree Required
Admitted to practice law in at least one state
Entry Level experience
Base Pay:
$45,000 - $55,000 /Year
