Solo practitioner needs an entry level attorney ,licensed in California as an assistant in a civil litigation ,bankruptcy ,PI practice .Must be able to draft various documents such as oppositions ,discovery, pleadings etc ,under time stress .Must know or be ready to learn filing ,calendaring ,preparation for trials.
