Short-Term Legal Associates
YOUR MISSION: To utilize your litigation support skills to assist us with delivering quality legal services to our clients. This is a short term project that will last 10 days starting the week of June 14. Candidates must be available to interview the week of June 14.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
· Review documents to determine whether information is subject to a protective order and therefore, restricted from production
· Perform document productions and relevancy reviews
· Perform legal research and writing
· Conduct witness interviews
· Perform other related litigation support tasks as necessary
YOUR NATURE
· Self-motivated, analytical, and creative
· Solid interpersonal communication skills
· Ability and desire to take initiative, and work both independently and as part of a team
· Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively
YOUR TRACK RECORD
· JD Required and Active Bar Membership Required
· Experience with document productions, privilege reviews and/or SEC second request document reviews experience a MUST
Compensation: $45k
