The ideal candidate will be able to work in a diverse, fast-paced, and team environment, to handle multiple tasks and deadlines, all manner of court appearances in District and Circuit Court, to take direction from all co-workers, and to prioritize tasks. It is also expected that the candidate has excellent time-management skills and is computer literate with an understanding of Word.
This position involves a great deal of immediate responsibilities, including court appearances, reviewing and signing pleadings, writing and research.
