Seeking part time law clerk to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. (you may occasionally have an opportunity to get more hours) at a Consumer Law Firm in Independence Ohio. Applicants who are attorneys licensed to practice in the state of Ohio will get first consideration. Consumer Law firm is dedicated to assisting plaintiffs in cases involving Lemon Law, Breach of Warranty, Consumer Fraud, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and Fair Credit Reporting Act. Located off of Rockside Road in Independence, Ohio we have free parking, access to a workout facility and cafeteria. Your primary responsibilities would be drafting briefs, memoranda, pleadings, etc. If you are a licensed attorney you will be involved in settling cases and will get to cover court events when there is a conflict. Excellent opportunity for an attorney trying to start out on his own but still in need of a steady income. Salary is $15.00 per hour.
